Very clean bathrooms! After traveling for a long day it really makes a difference when the bathrooms are clean and not the other gas station bathrooms that are smelly and dirty. Really appreciated to find a good clean bathroom with great service staff. really appreciate it great service

Getgo's employees are downright terrible at customer service. They behave shamefully and impolitely. I went in to let the cashiers know that the plastic cover which goes over the housing of THIN rubber that DIRECTLY CHANNELS the gas, to protect the thin rubber housing from damage and decay that could lead to a gas leak, was peeling off and HANGING off the bottom. The older woman who I was speaking to seemed very annoyed and asked me "Can you still pump your gas?" I responded that I could just fine, and she said "Well then I will check it later." I said okay, thank you and walked out the door. This whole time a younger woman who was on the register beside her looked onto us nearly gawking, and when I left the younger woman followed close behind, and while my vehicle was still sitting there at the pump she tears the cover the rest of the way off, REMOVING it and strolls back inside. Being sure to glance at me through the rear windshield. I come in every friday to use the surcharge free ATM and every single time there are at least two employees standing behind the counter and gossiping loudly. I can understand conversation at work but I am appalled at the things I hear. Just today a man came in to buy his cigarettes while I was at the ATM and he had just pumped gas. Prior to his entry I heard employees talking about two pumps that just stopped working, and when he was in there one asked if he had just gotten gas. He siad yes and they began to explain that the gas which he pumped had been paid for prior but the person who paid it was unable to get the pump to work so she move him. Yet she did not remove the prepay on the first, and so the cigarette man struggled to understand how he owed them 3 dollars for the gas. He was sure he prepaid it himself, saying he even had a receipt. Without so much as asking to see the receipt, they continued to insist that he had basically stolen that gas and that he needed to pay them the three dollars. I would see re-explaining, perhaps in a more understandable manner, but they simply kept repeating what they had been saying, word for word, for 3 minutes. Please have employees go through some kind of training to make them suitable to speak to customers, as we are what fuels your paychecks. Thanks.
